What criteria will be used to determine whether or not a proposal is accepted?
The activity must relate to the College’s commitment to community wellness, as articulated in the new strategic plan: “Promote and Support Community Wellness and Engagement: Foster engagement, accountability, civic responsibility, the development of positive relationships, and life-long skills of self-care and self-regulation.”
Proposed activity or experience will involve some level of engagement on the part of the participant. Ideas include (but are not limited to) games, quizzes, physical movement, crafts.
Proposed activity or experience will take place within ten minutes or less.
Proposed activity or experience will appeal to a broad audience of students, faculty and staff.
Proposed activity or experience will be fun and enjoyable for participants.
Proposed activity or experience will include a tangible or intangible takeaway.
